Every time our website is accessed, the following data is stored in log files for data security and statistical purposes:

The purpose of logging is to detect, limit and eliminate malfunctions, as well as to identify misuse in accordance with Section 12(1) and (4) of the TDDDG. The IP address is not combined with other data sets. The data is stored for a maximum of seven days. It is then retained in anonymised form for access statistics. Our website uses the open-source software AWStats for access statistics. No personal data is stored in this process.

When you visit our website, so-called ‘session cookies’ are placed and stored on your computer. The legal basis for this is Section 25(2) of the TDDDG. Cookies are small text files that serve to make the website more user-friendly, effective and secure. They do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses.
